tu lar susah kan nak minum air byk2..kalau rajin saya squeeze sket lemon jus kat dlm air tu, tanpa gula..bagi berasa...
ahahahah tu baru 1.8 liter jekk.... kene minum 2-3 lliter sehariii...hehehe boley?
